We received the Laser Cutter in very good condition, the Gweike customer support has been excellent. The machine is working as expected. They gave us everything we needed to get the machine working, tools and supplies, we were very impressed.

Communication was clear and very knowledgeable. I received exactly what I ordered and paid for. The machine works great and is a very good quality, packaged well for shipping so there was no damage. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to have proper documentation for initial machine setup. Support communication for setup and a few other questions was also quite good and timely.
